WTF? T-VER VOTM

This quarter, we reviewed many possible videos but this strange clip really "stood out in the crowd" (pun-intended). Bold, Interesting and very hard to pull off with so many people involved. Don't ask why they did it, just watch and enjoy! Frozen Grand Central Station gets LouieTVR's T-VeR Award for Video Of The Month (VOTM).
